Abstract
Preparation and Submission
The abstract will be used by the Program Committee
as the sole basis for acceptance of the paper for
presentation. Thus, the abstract should clearly
communicate the new and significant results that
have been obtained. Presentation time is
20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion.
Abstracts should clearly state:
- Title of the presentation
- Names and affiliations of all co-authors
- Complete contact information (e-mail, phone,
mailing address) of the first (presenting) author
- Objective of the work
- Methods / techniques used
- Main results

Abstract length: 400 words (one
page)
Abstract language: English or French
Abstract submission: Via e-mail
or postal mail.
Abstract submission deadline: December
01, 2007
Abstract acceptance notification:
January 31, 2008

Conference Travel Grants
Objective of the Grant:
The Conference Travel Grant provides funds to assist
PhD students and researchers without permanent position
traveling to the AGICNT to present excellent research.
Abstract submissions are evaluated for originality,
quality, and relevance by the program committee.
Grant Amount:
The Conference Travel Grant covers travel expenses
and conference fees up to a maximum of 750 EUR per
person.
Number of Grants:
The number of awarded Conference Travel Grants is
limited to six.
Grant Application:
The Grant Application must be complete and submitted
together with the abstract submission:
1. Abstract
2. Name, full contact information, and academic
affiliation
2. Statement of PhD student status or researcher
without permanent position status
3. Curriculum Vitae
4. Up to five main publications
Application Deadline:
December 01, 2007
